Mulgrave Marine Terminal

The Mulgrave Marine Terminal is operated by the Strait of Canso Superport Corporation and will play a significant role in supporting onshore wind developments in Nova Scotia. The port recently installed a bailey bridge that will enable turbine components to be moved from the terminal site directly to wind farm sites or other temporary storage sites. The terminal could also play a role in supporting offshore wind in both the US and Canadian markets. For example, O&M is an activity well-suited for Mulgrave Marine Terminal, including repair work on certain components such as blades and offshore installation equipment.
